Overview

The CD74HC4020E is a high speed CMOS 14-stage binary counter/divider IC. Every counter stage consists of control/peripheral flip-flops. Each stage progresses by one count with every negative clock transition of the input pulse. When there's a high voltage on the MR line, all counters revert to their initial state.
