Overview

The CD4051BE analog multiplexers and demultiplexers are digitally-controlled analog switches characterized by low ON impedance and minimal OFF leakage current. These multiplexer circuits exhibit exceptionally low quiescent power dissipation across the entire VDD – VSS and VDD – VEE supply voltage ranges, regardless of the logic state of the control signals.
