Overview

The Intel Enpirion ER6230QI is a 3A high efficiency synchronous DC-DC step down regulator in a 4 mm x 4 mm QFN package. This device integrates the MOSFET switches, small signal circuits, and compensation. The advanced circuit techniques and high switching frequency deliver high quality, ultra compact, non-isolated conversion with a total solution size of only 85mm2.

This step down converter is an excellent choice for low power applications that require a small solution footprint, while delivering superb efficiency, exceptional thermal performance, and low noise.
