Overview

The CD4049UBCMX devices are hex buffers with both inverting and noninverting outputs. They are designed for logic-level conversion and operate using a single supply voltage (VCC). It's important to note that the input-signal high level (VIH) can surpass the VCC supply voltage when these devices are employed for logic-level conversions. Specifically, these devices are intended for converting signals from CMOS to DTL or TTL, and they can directly drive two DTL or TTL loads under specified conditions (VCC = 5 V, VOL ≤ 0.4 V, and IOL ≥ 3.3 mA).
