The CS5550-ISZ enables weigh-scale manufacturers to provide accurate, cost-effective solutions for their customers. This IC from Cirrus Logic is an integrated device that combines two Delta Sigma analog-to-digital (A/D) converters, two amplifiers and a serial interface on a single chip. For communication with a microcontroller, the IC features a bi-directional serial interface, which is initialized and fully functional upon reset.
