The HCPL-800J-500E is OPTOCOUPLER DAA PLC ISO 16SOIC, that includes Powerline Data Access Applications, they are designed to operate with a 28mA Current Supply, Mounting Type is shown on datasheet note for use in a Surface Mount, it has an Operating Temperature range of -40°C ~ 85°C, Package Case is designed to work in 16-SOIC (0.295", 7.50mm Width), as well as the Tape & Reel (TR) Packaging, the device can also be used as 16-SO Supplier Device Package.
