Overview

The ALM-38140-BLKG is a PIN Diode Variable Attenuator Module with high linearity performance and high dynamic range. The high dynamic range and low phase shift can be achieved with only one external inductor place between L-input and L-output. It is a fully integrated solution using Avago Technologies' low distortion silicon PIN diodes housed in a miniature. The device is easily operated with a constant voltage of 2.7V V-supply and a control voltage from 0.8 to 5V V-control. No external biasing components needed and ideal for gain control in RF amplifier circuits.
