Overview

MCP48CMB01-E/MF is asingle channel, 8-bit, buffered voltage output Digital-to-Analog Converter(DAC) with MTP memory and an SPI Interface. This  device provides four different voltagereference options: device VDD, external VREF (Buffered or unbuffered) andinternal bandgap. It offers 1 LSB Integral Non-Linearity (INL) with low powerconsumption and fast settling time of 6µs. This device has integrated MTPmemory that can be written up to 32 times, for reach specific register. It issuitable for consumer and industrial applications, such as set point or offsettrimming, sensor calibrations and motor control applications.
