Overview

The ATA6025 is a universal IC for monitoring basic functions in automotive applications. It is based on Atmel's smart power BCD60-III technology. The monolithic circuit monitors battery voltage and the external 5V voltage regulator, and the independent, adjustable watchdog function monitors microcontroller functions. In the event of a failure, the output NOTL switches to high after a time delay.
