Overview

The A8585 is designed to provide the power supply requirements of next-generation car audio and infotainment systems. The A8585 is a variant of the A8580, but with lower IQ, better EMI performance, lower pin count, fixed VOUT (5 V/3.3 V options), options for selectable or auto-switchover of the PWM to PFM mode, and an option for selectable enable/sleep mode. The options are summarized as follows: Two versions of the A8585: Selectable PWM/PFMn (A8585, A8585-1) Selectable EN/SLEEPn (A8585, A8585-3) Each version has two fixed-output voltage options: 3.3 V±1.0% (A8585-1 and A8585-3)   5.0 V±1.0% (A8585 and A8585-2)
