Overview

The AK4115VQ is IC AUDIO DECODER 24BIT 64LQFP, that includes Digital Audio Interface Transceiver (DIX) Type, they are designed to operate with a Tray Packaging, Package Case is shown on datasheet note for use in a 64-QFP, that offers Mounting Type features such as Surface Mount, Applications is designed to work in Dolby Digital, as well as the 64-LQFP (10x10) Supplier Device Package, the device can also be used as 2.7 V ~ 3.6 V Voltage Supply Analog.
