Overview

Analog Devices ADG5404FBRUZ Fault Protection and Detection 4-Channel Multiplexers consist of four single channels with fault protected inputs. The ADG5404FBRUZ switches one of the four inputs to a common drain, D, as determined by the 2-bit binary address lines (A0 and A1). Each channel conducts equally well in both directions when on, and each switch has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. In addition, the digital inputs are compatible with 3V logic inputs over the full operating supply range.
